Abstract

Studi ini melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 96Jakarta dengan menggunakan dua variabel bebas yaitu variabel motivasi dan disiplin dan satu variabel terikat yaitu kinerja guru.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru serta untuk mengetahui dimensi mana yang paling kuat pengaruhnya.Metode riset yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan populasi tenaga kependidikan SMAN 96 Jakarta.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh signifikan variabel motivasi terhadap variabel kinerja, dimana hubungan antar dimensi yang paling kuat terdapat pada dimensi motivasi Internal dan motivasi eksternal terhadap dimensi evaluasi pembelajaran.Demikian pula terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel disiplin terhadap variabel kinerja dan hubungan antar dimensi yang kuat terdapat pada dimensi mematuhi aturan kerja dan dimensi melaksanakan tugas sesuai aturan terhadap dimensi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Variabel motivasi dan disiplin secara bersama – sama mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dengan variabel kinerja. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin, Kinerja. This study conducts research on the effects of motivation and discipline to the performance of teachers in the country SMA 96 JAKARTA by using two independent variables, namely the variables motivation and discipline and the dependent variable is the performance of teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline and simultaneously partially on teacher performance and to determine the dimensions of which are the most powerful influence. Research method used is descriptive quantitative use multiple regression using population SMAN 96 Jakarta education personnel. The results of this study is that the variable motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance variables. For the relationship between the dimensions of the variables and performance, there is a dominant influence on the internal and external dimensions of motivation on performance, while the relationship between the variables dimensional discipline with a dominant performance variables influence the dimension comply with the rules contained in the working hours and perform task as directed by the dimensions of implementation of learning.
