Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kondisi kerja terhadap motivasi kerja. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Grahawita Santika, dengan melibatkan 117 karyawan sebagai responden. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang diisi secara self-rating oleh responden dengan skala likert. Model regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan besaran koefisien determinasi sebesar 57.8 %, berarti variable kepemimpinan dan kondisi kerja dapat menjelaskan 57.8 % variasi motivasi kerja karyawan. Sedangkan 42.2 % dijelaskan oleh variable diluar penelitian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kondisi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Hasil analisis korelasi antar dimensi variable menunjukan bahwa dimensi yang paling kuat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja adalah mengarahkan (kepemimpinan) dan kondisi psikis (kondisi kerja). Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, kondisi kerja, motivasi kerja. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of leadership and work conditions to work motivation. The experiment was conducted at PT. Grahawita Santika, involving 117 employee as respondents. Primary data ws collect using a quisionnaire, which was filled by the respondent self rating Likert scle. Multiple regression model was used to analyze the data. Regression analysis showed the amount of determination coefficient of 57.8 % indicated that variable leadership and work condition can explain 57.8 % variation in work motivation, while 42,2% is explained by variable outside research. The results of hypothesis testing showed that leadership and work conditions positive and significant impact on work motivation. Result of corerlation analysis between dimensions that the most strongly effect the work motivation is direction (leadership) and psychological conditions (work conditions).
