Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Perceived Organization Support, Self Efficacy, and Organizational Commitment to Procrastination of Education and Training Center employees of Lembaga Sandi Negara. This Research type is Causality. The population is Education and Training Center employees of Lembaga Sandi Negara who involved 73 respondents that using research technique of Non Probability Sampling is saturated samples. Data obtained based on questionnaires completed by respondents with self-rating likert scale. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result showed that Perceived Organization Support, Self Efficacy, and Organizational Commitment simultaneously are having significant influence to the Procrastination. Partially Perceived Organization Support, Self Efficacy, and Organizational Commitment are having significant negative effect. Self Efficacy is the biggest significant variable in influencing the Procrastination. Keywords : Perceived Organization Support, Self Efficacy, Organizational Commitment, Procrastination. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Keyakinan Diri (Self Efficacy), dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Prokrastinasi pegawai di Pusdiklat Lembaga Sandi Negara. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Kausalitas. Populasi seluruh pegawai Pusdiklat Lembaga Sandi Negara sejumlah 73 orang dengan teknik penelitian sampel Non Probability Sampling dalam hal ini sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh berdasarkan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden secara self rating dengan skala likert. Metode Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Keyakinan Diri (self efficacy), dan Komitmen Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prokrastinasi. Secara Parsial, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Keyakinan Diri (self efficacy), dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan negatif. Keyakinan Diri (self efficacy) merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap prokrastinasi. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Keyakinan Diri (Self Efficacy), Komitmen Organisasi, Prokrastinasi.
