Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kegiatan yang terencana untuk mencari jawaban yang obyektif atas permasalahan PT PZ Cussons Indonesia melalui prosedur ilmiah. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel yang diambil dari satu departemen yang dipilih oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Personal Care & Cosmetic (PCC) Flammable PT PZ Cussons Indonesia, dan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT PZ Cussons Indonesia Departemen Personal Care & Cosmetic (PCC) Flammable dengan melibatkan 82 orang karyawan sebagai responden, data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi secara self rating oleh responden. Data dianalisa dengan model regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. In this study used quantitative method using a sample taken from one department chosen by the researchers. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance department Personal Care & Cosmetic (PCC) Flammable PT PZ Cussons Indonesia and the research was conducted at PT PZ Cussons Indonesia Ministry Personal Care & Cosmetic (PCC) Flammable with involving 82 employees as respondents, the data obtained using questionnaires filled out by self rating by respondents. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression models were analyzed using SPSS version 22. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture, work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
