Abstract
In this study, which refers to regular maintenance air conditioner in the four-story building on the institution XYZ course. Presence of autonomous maintenance activities from the water treatment conditioners in every classroom where learning and teaching. It is very necessary to maintain comfort in learning and teaching and the satisfaction of the participants of the course. In order to improve the quality and reliability of air conditioners needed data to be processed. Data obtained by questionnaires that are processed and compared with calculation results Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Where the calculations and the questionnaire refers to Availability, Performance, and Quality. From the results mentioned that reject the unit greatly affects the quality of work an operator here, is the office boy of regular maintenance on the air conditioner. Where Quality is obtained from the calculation results Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of 96.36%, while from the questionnaire mentioned that the perception of employee opinions in treatment is not much different from the results of calculations with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). It is seen from the results of the questionnaire answers doing by the service office boy. Dalam penelitian ini yang mengacu pada perawatan berkala air conditioner di gedung bertingkat empat pada lembaga kursus XYZ. Terdapatnya kegiatan autonomous maintenance dari perawatan air conditioner pada tiap-tiap ruangan kelas tempat belajar dan mengajar. Hal tersebut sangat diperlukan guna menjaga kenyamanan dalam belajar dan mengajar serta kepuasan dari peserta kursus tersebut. Untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kehandalan dari air conditioner diperlukannya data yang akan diproses. Data didapat berdasarkan kuisioner yang diproses dan dibandingkan dengan hasil perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Dimana perhitungan dan kuesioner mengacu pada Availability, Performance, and Quality. Dari hasil yang ada menyebutkan bahwa reject unit sangat mempengaruhi mutu kerja seorang operator disini, adalah office boy dari perawatan berkala pada air conditioner. Dimana Quality didapat dari hasil perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sebesar 96,36%, sedangkan dari sisi kuesioner menyebutkan bahwa persepsi akan pendapat karyawan dalam melakukan perawatan tidak jauh berbeda dari hasil perhitungan dengan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil jawaban kuesioner yang di kerjakan oleh operator office boy.
