Abstract

PT.Dwisatu Mustika Bumi (DMB) is one of national construction company in Indonesia that services work offshore, onshore & installation for oil and gas company. Construction company very tight competition and prosecuted continuously for improving efficiency and effectiveness in operations. To overcome the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of the problem, there must be a solution, one way that can be done is the implementation of lean construction concepts (lean construction). Particularly in managing supply chain. Concept of lean construction to reduce the inefficiency and optimizing the achievement of value, so that services provided in accordance with needs and provide satisfaction to customers, particularly in the construction industry. In this research about supply chain performance analysis with the concept of Lean Construction projects have investigated the same characteristics as well as the completion time was included in the work offshore mooring system i.e. projects of submarine pipelines. This research will be the development of assessment indicators to be used as a tool for evaluating the performance of related supply chain effectiveness and efficiency on construction projects in Indonesia, particularly in submarine pipeline projects PT Dwisatu Mustika Bumi (DMB) in achieving lean construction. The indicators developed will be based on three main aspects of the implementation of Lean Construction, which is "conversion," "flow," and "value." The measurement results of the 10 (ten) indicator on each project that has formed will be based on the application of 3 (three) main principles of lean construction. Based on observations, calculations and analysis, project B is the best value of each indicator project to be measured and compared with A and C projects of other submarine pipeline project. Results of measurement and assessment of the performance indicators are an increase and improvement of projects before the implementation of supply chain systems that support towards the achievement of lean construction in PT Dwisatu Mustika Bumi. Keywords: Supply chain, industrial construction, lean construction, indicators, performance PT.Dwisatu Mustika Bumi (DMB) merupakan perusahaan nasional konstruksi di Indonesia melayani pekerjaan offshore, onshore & installation untuk perusahaan-perusahan minyak dan gas. Salah satu Perusahaan jasa konstruksi yang dihadapkan pada persaingan usaha yang sangat ketat dan dituntut secara terus menerus melakukan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam operasi usahanya. Untuk mengatasi permasalah ketidak efisienan dan ketidakefektifan tersebut, perlu adanya solusi, salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah penerapan konsep konstruksi ramping (lean construction). Khususnya dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok (supply chain). Dasar pemikiran lean construction berusaha mengurangi kesia-siaan (ketidakefisienan) dan optimalisasi pencapaian value, agar pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan memberikan kepuasan pada pelanggan khususnya dalam industry konstruksi Pada peneletian tentang analisa kinerja supply chain dengan konsep lean construction proyek yang diteliti yang memiliki karakteristik serta waktu penyelesaian sama yang termasuk dalam skope pekerjaan offshore mooring sytem yaitu proyek-proyek submarine pipeline. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengembangan indikator-indikator penilaian yang akan digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk mengevaluasi kinerja terkait efektifitas dan efisiensi supply chain pada proyek konstruksi di Indonesia khususnya pada proyek-proyek submarine pipeline PT Dwisatu Mustika Bumi (DMB) dalam rangka pencapaian lean construction. Indikator-indikator yang dikembangkan akan didasarkan terhadap penerapan tiga aspek utama dari Lean Construction, yaitu “conversion,” “flow,” dan “value.” Hasil pengukuran terhadap ke 10 (sepuluh) indikator pada masing-masing proyek yang telah terbentuk akan didasarkan terhadap penerapan 3 (tiga) prinsip utama dalam lean construction. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, perhitungan dan analisa maka pada proyek B yang memiliki nilai terbaik dari masing-masing indikator yang diukur dibandingan dengan proyek A dan proyek C submarine lainnya. Hasil pengukuran dan penilaian terhadap indikator-indikator kinerja tersebut mengalami peningkatan dan perbaikan dari proyek-proyek sebelum diterapkannya system supply chain yang mendukung terhadap tercapainya lean construction pada PT Dwisatu Mustika Bumi Kata kunci : Supply chain, industry konstruksi, lean construction, indikator, kinerja
