Abstract
Each year Balai Teknik Penerbangan performance does not increase the maximum, it can be measured by the number of completion improvement modules/equipment aviation facility with an average completion rate of 60.4% improvement. This study attempts to examine the influence of remuneration, organizational culture and leadership style on performance Technicians in Aviation Engineering Institute, the entire study population Flight Technicians in Aviation Engineering Center with non-probability sampling techniques, sample saturated / survey. Data analysis techniques with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS aid 22. The results showed that the remuneration, organizational culture and leadership style affect positively on the performance of aviation engineers in Balai Teknik Penerbangan. Mangerial Implications of this study is The leaders of Balai Teknik Penerbangan should be able to changes in the organizational culture that has been happened. The leader must be able to give confidence to the technicians and creating change in organizational culture that provides an opportunity for engineers to develop their capabilities. Setiap tahunnya kinerja Balai Teknik Penerbangan tidak mengalami peningkatan maksimal, hal ini dapat diukur dari jumlah penyelesaian perbaikan modul/peralatan fasilitas penerbangan dengan tingkat rata-rata penyelesaian perbaikan 60,4%. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk meneliti pengaruh remunerasi, budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja Teknisi di Balai Teknik Penerbangan, populasi penelitian seluruh Teknisi Penerbangan di Balai Teknik Penerbangan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability, sampel jenuh/survey. Teknik analisis data dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan bantuan AMOS 22. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remunerasi, budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja teknisi penerbangan di Balai Teknik Penerbangan. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk peningkatan kinerja seharusnya pemimpin dapat melakukan perubahan dalam budaya organisasi yang telah ada, dan pemimpin harus mampu memberikan rasa percaya diri terhadap para teknisi dan menciptakan perubahan budaya organisasi yang memberikan kesempatan untuk para teknisi berkembang berdasarkan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Kata Kunci : Remunerasi, Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja.
