Abstract

This research aims to examine and to analyze the influence of motivation and satisfaction toward employees performance of Sekretariat Jenderal DPR RI. The data collection is done by questionaire which is conducted to 93 employees of Sekretariat Jenderal DPR RI. This research uses unproportional cluster-simple random sampling as sampling technique. Then validity and reliability test are used in data testing technique. Validity test uses product moment, whereas reliability test uses alpha cronbach. A classic assumption test and a multiple linear regression analysis are used to test and prove the hypothesis. The result shows that motivation and satisfaction have significant possitive influence toward employees performance simultaneously. Keywords : motivation, satisfaction, performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Jenderal DPR RI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 93 pegawai Sekretariat Jenderal DPR RI. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah unproportional cluster-simple random sampling. Sedangkan teknik pengujian data meliputi uji validitas dengan product moment dan uji reliabilitas dengan alpha cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : motivasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja.
