Abstract
This This research is aimed to determine the effect of discipline and training on the employee performance of PT. LG Innotek Indonesia. Questionnaire data obtained through the survey by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents as sample of employees during the period 2013-2014. Type of research in descriptive quantitative analyzed using SPSS 21 statistic program. The result showed that all of discipline and training have positive influence toward performance, when discipline and training improved will be followed by an increase in employee performance. The linear regression showed that training has the greatest influence on performance followed by discipline. By looking at the result obtained Adjusted R Square value of thirty seven point six percent performace variable that affected by the variables of discipline and training, the remaining is determined by other factors. Keywords: discipline, training, performance, linear regression. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. LG Innotek Indonesia. Data kuesioner diperoleh melalui survey dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 70 responden sebagai sampel karyawan selama periode 2013-2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kuantitatif yang dianalisa dengan menggunakan program statistik SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin dan pelatihan memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap kinerja, dimana apabila masing-masing variabel disiplin dan variabel pelatihan ditingkatkan maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan kinerja pada karyawan. Dari persamaan regresi linear juga diketahui bahwa variabel pelatihan memiliki nilai terbesar, diikuti dengan disiplin. Dengan melihat hasil Adjusted R square di dapat nilai tiga puluh tujuh koma enam persen variabel kinerja yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel disiplin dan pelatihan, sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: disiplin, pelatihan, kinerja, regresi linear.
