Abstract

The paper aims to analyze the effect of Motivation, Discipline, and Competition on Outsourcing Employee Performance in Head Office of PT Pertamina Gas. Research method is using descriptive analysis with census and total object respondens are 30 outsourcing employees in Head Office of PT Pertamina Gas. The analysis technique used is multiplier linier regression analysis with the classical assumption. Hypothesis testing are using t-test and F-test. The result can be concluded that Motivation and Discipline is having an effect on Outsourcing Employee Performance in Head Office of PT Pertamina Gas. Keywords : Motivation, Discipline, Competition, Employee Performance. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin, dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Outsourcing PT Pertamina Gas di Kantor Pusat PT Pertamina Gas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan sensus dengan jumlah objek 30 orang responden karyawan outsourcing PT Pertamina Gas Kantor Pusat. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasilnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi dan Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Outsourcing di kantor pusat PT Pertamina Gas. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan.
