Abstract

This study discusses the influence of the relationship between workers in PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. The object of this research is PT. Asuransi Jasindo (Persero). Descriptive method is used with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires.In this research the sampling technique based on calculation Slovin found 93 Respondents with the type of Simple Random Sampling which consist of various level of position in company which analyzed using Linier Regression Analysis. The results of the research are known and significant to employee involvement. The corporate culture variables of permutations and leadership variables also affect employee engagement. Keywords: engagement work, compensation, culture, leadership. Pada penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh pengaruh hubungan antara variabel kompensasi, budaya dan kepemimpinan terhadap employee engagement. Objek Penelitian ini adalah PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia ( Persero ). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Pada penelitian ini mengunakan tehnik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan data perhitungan Slovin ditemukan sebanyak 93 responden dengan jenis Simple Random Sampling dimana terdiri dari berbagai level jabatan dalam perusahaan yang dianalisis mengunakan analisis regresi. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi berpegaruh kuat dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Variabel budaya perusahaan mempengaruhi employee engagement dan variabel kepemimpinan juga mempengaruhi employee engagement. Kata kunci : employed engagement, kompensasi, budaya , kepemimpinan.
