Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi guru, budaya organisasi dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Santo Andreas Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menemukan korelasi antara variabel-variabel yang dideskripsikan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Jenis data dibagi menjadi data primer yang diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen resmi sekolah dan hasil kuesioner. Data sekunder dari wawancara dan buku-buku pustaka. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompetensi guru, budaya organisasi dan minat belajar siswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan secara parsial, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Variabel kompetensi guru berpengaruh pada dimensi afektif dari hasil belajar dan minat belajar berpengaruh signifikan pada dimensi psikomotorik. Kata kunci : Kompetensi guru, Budaya organisasi, Minat Belajar dan Hasil Belajar This research aims to describe and know how far the influence of teachers’ competencies, culture of organization, and students’interest of studying toward the result of studying of studying of Saint Andrew Senionr High School student. This research is a descriptive quantitative research which is intended to find out the correlation between the variabels that have been described. Data collection techniques are through into primary data, which is gained from official documents of the school and questionnaires. Secondary data, which is gained from interview and books on other sources. Sampel technique used is this research is saturated sampel. This research uses daubled regression analysis as the analysis method. The result of this research show that, simultaneously, teachers’ competencies, the culture of organization and students’ interest of studying have significant influence toward the students’ result of studying. While partially, the culture of organization variable doesn’t have any influence and isn’t significant towards the students’ result of studying. Teachers’ competencies variable have significant on affective dimension of students’ result of studying and students’ interest of studying have significant influence on psychomotor dimension.
