Abstract

This research aimed to find out and explain (1) the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, and (4) the influence of job satisfaction, motivation, and organizational commitement on employee performance at PT Imora Motor. This research is used a quantitative approach. The population of this research amounted to 338 employees and with Slovin Formula Technique then obtained a sample of 185 respondents. Data were collected with questionnaires tested for validity and reliabiility and analyzed with the help of numerical and statistical processing applications. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The result of regression analysis shows that overall job satisfaction, motivation, and organizational commitment have positive and significant influence on employee performance proved with R Square value (R2) equal to 57,3%. Partially, job satisfaction has influence of 24,3%, motivation have influence 35,4%, and organizational commitment have influence equal to 63,1% to employee performance. Keywords : Jobs Satisfaction, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Performance http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id/ ii ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan (1) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pada karyawan PT Imora Motor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 338 orang karyawan dan dengan Teknik Rumus Slovin maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 185 orang responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabiilitasnya dan dianalisis dengan bantuan aplikasi pengolah angka dan statistik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kepuasan kerja, motivasi, dan komitmen organisasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibuktikan dengan nilai R Square (R2 ) sebesar 57,3%. Secara parsial, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 24,3%, motivasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 35,4%, dan komitmen organisasional memiliki pengaruh sebesar 63,1% terhadap kinerja karyawan.
