Abstract
Risk factors as the cause of the condition is not expected to cause any harm, damage or loss. Measure of risk based on the probability of failure of structural and monetary consequences of failure, and accounts for the material damage from time to time. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors events that enable the risks involved in the work pile foundation. Determining the weighting / ranking priority risks execution of the work Foundations Piles results of the assessment of the experts and validated by the Project team and the analysis level piles foundation occupational risk. Risk identification Piles foundation work conveyor manufacturing building consisting of 21 risk factors (criteria) on literature journals. This research expert valuation analysis using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) or Expert Choice. Determining the level of risk using a probability and impact matrix. The risk assessment carried out by five (5) persons Experts and two (2) members of the project team. Results from this research that the most dominant risks that have an impact on the cost of the pile foundation work including weak cost control systems, time control systems are weak and difficult field conditions. Risiko sebagai faktor penyebab terjadinya kondisi yang tidak di harapkan yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian, kerusakan atau kehilangan. Ukuran risiko didasarkan pada probabilitas kegagalan struktural dan konsekuensi moneter kegagalan, dan menyumbang kerusakan material dari waktu kewaktu. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor (peristiwa-peristiwa yang memungkinkan terjadinya risiko pada pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang. Menentukan bobot/rangking prioritas risiko pelaksanaan pekerjaan Pondasi Tiang Pancang hasil penilaian dari para pakar serta di validasi oleh tim Proyek dan analisis level risiko pekerjaan Pondasi Tiang Pancang. Identifikasi risiko pekerjaan Pondasi Tiang Pancang bangunan manufaktur conveyor yang terdiri dari 21 faktor risiko (kriteria) dari literatur jurnal. Analisis penilaian pakar penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) atau Expert Choice. Penentuan level risiko menggunakan matriks probabilitas dan dampak. Penilaian risiko tersebut dilakukan oleh 5 (lima) orang Pakar dan 2 (dua) orang tim proyek. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu risiko yang paling dominan yang mempunyai dampak terhadap biaya pada pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang antara lain sistem pengendalian biaya yang lemah, sistem pengendalian waktu yang lemah dan kondisi lapangan yang sulit.
