Abstract

The aim of this research is identify and define the effect of leadership, training, and motivation to job satisfaction of employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Persero Bekasi Branch office. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The data collection techniques used method survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed then tested of the validity and reability. The result will be distributed to 111 respondents. The analytical methods used in this research are multiple linear regression. These results indicate that The leadership has positive influence on employee satisfaction. The training has no effect on employee satisfaction. And the Motivation has effect employee satisfaction. Leadership, traiing, and work motivation simultaneous effect on employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Persero Bekasi Branch office.
