Abstract
This research aims to find out, analyze, and develop a framework related to the influence of compensation, leadership, and supervision on Performance commitment with mediation variables, namely Adversity Quotient in the Way Kanan Regency Government. The research used quantitative methods with a total sample of 100 respondents. The samples in this research were taken from the population of echelon III officials in the Way Kanan Regency Government. The tools used in this research used Smart PLS. The results showed that some of the research hypotheses were accepted and some were not accepted. Adversity Quotient variables negatively affect compensation, leadership and supervision, while performance variables have a positive effect on compensation, leadership and supervision. Indirect influence between independent variables to dependent variables resulting from variable intervening. Compounding and Supervisory Variables negatively affect performance with Adversity Quotient as its mediator. While leadership has a positive effect on performance with Adversity Quotient as its mediator. Keywords: Compensation, Leadership, Adversity Quotient, Supervision, and Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mengembangkan kerangka terkait pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan serta Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja dengan variabel mediasi yaitu Adversity Quotient di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Way Kanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari populasi pejabat eselon III di Pemerintah Kabupaten Way Kanan. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian hipotesis penelitian ini diterima dan sebagian ditolak. Variabel Adversity Quotient berpengaruh negatif terhadap kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan pengawasan, Sedangkan Variabel Kinerja berpengaruh Positif terhadap Kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan pengawasan. Adapun Pengaruh tidak langsung antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependent akibat intervening variabel. Dimana Variabel Kompensasi dan Pengawasan berpengaruh Negatif terhadap kinerja dengan Adversity Quotient sebagai mediatornya sedangkan Kepemimpinan Berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan Adversity Quotient sebagai mediatornya. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan, Adversity Quotient, Pengawasan dan Kinerja.
