Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine and determine whether there is influence organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction on the job performance of the employee. The samples were all employees of the company amounted to 120 respondents, researcher use sampling technique with saturated sample / census in the research. The research was conducted at PT. Dolpin Putra Sejati Jakarta. Data were obtained using a questionnaire, and analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational culture positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, motivation positive and significant impact on job performance, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously positive effect significantly to the performance of the employee. Correlation dimension results showed that the correlation between work performance on the dimensions of managerial skills most strongly correlated with external cultural dimension. Dimensions need of affiliation correlate to the dimensions of quality of work on the job performance variables, whereas the variable dimensions of job satisfaction at work most strongly correlated with the dimensions of the work initiatives on job performance variables. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menemukan ada tidaknya pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai perusahaan yang berjumlah 120 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampel jenuh/sensus.. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Dolpin Putra Sejati Jakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan dan secara simultan budaya organisasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Hasil korelasi antar dimensi menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja kerja khususnya pada dimensi keterampilan manajerial paling kuat berkorelasi dengan dimensi budaya eksternal. Dimensi kebutuhan untuk berafiliasi berkorelasi paling kuat terhadap dimensi kualitas kerja pada variabel kinerja kerja, sedangkan pada variabel kepuasan kerja pada dimensi pekerjaan paling kuat berkorelasi dengan dimensi inisiatif kerja pada variabel kinerja kerja.
