Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan dunia konstruksi mengalami peningkatan sangat pesat dalam hal teknologi yang digunakan belakangan ini, salah satunya perkembangan metode kerja yang digunakan. Seperti yang kita tahu metode pekerjaan pembetonan biasanya terdiri dari metode cast in situ (cor ditempat) maupun metode precast (cor dipabrik), namun kini ada alternative lain dalam pekerjaan pembetonan yaitu metode semi precast. Metode ini menggabungkan antara cast in situ dengan precast hingga menjadi satu kesatuan yang utuh. Penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan biaya dan waktu dari metode pekerjaan pierhead cast in situ yang merupakan desain awal menjadi pierhead semi precast yang merupakan metode alternative. Dari hasil analisa didapat biaya pekerjaan pierhead cast in situ sebesar Rp.4,622,018,856.57 sedangkan biaya pekerjaan pierhead semi precast u-shell sebesar Rp. 5,092,414,447.60. Dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan pierhead cast in situ yaitu 93 hari sedangkan pierhead semi precast u-shell 67 hari. Dari hasil tersebut didapatkan kinerja biaya yang menurun karena biaya actual yang harus dikeluarkan lebih besar dengan selisih Rp. 745,051,591.03 atau 14% dibandingkan dengan desain awal, namun kinerja waktu meningkat karena waktu yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan pierhead meningkat 26 hari atau 27.95%. Kata Kunci : pierhead, cast in situ, semi precast, biaya, waktu ABSTRACT The development of the construction world has increased very rapidly in terms of the technology used lately, one of which is the development of the working methods used. As we know the method of concreting work usually consists of cast in situ and precast methods, but now there are other alternatives in concrete work namely semi precast methods. This method combines cast in situ with precast to become a unified whole. This research aims to compare the cost and time of the pierhead cast in situ work method which is the initial design to be a pierhead semi precast which is an alternative method. From the analysis results, the cost of pierhead cast in situ work is Rp.4,622,018,856.57 while the cost of semi precast u-shell work is Rp. 5,092,414,447.60. And the time for conducting pierhead cast in situ is 93 days while the semi-precast u-shell pierhead is 67 days. From these results obtained a reduced cost performance because the actual costs that must be incurred are greater with a difference of Rp. 745,051,591.03 or 14% compared to the initial design, but the time performance increased because the time needed for pierhead work increased by 26 days or about 27.95%.
