Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Authoritarian Leadership and Cultural Organization the Employee Performance with Variable Mediation Organizational Commitment in Head Office PT. Penta Valent . This study uses a quantitative approach to the design explanatory. Data used using primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study a questionnaire data obtained directly from respondents. While the secondary data obtained by researchers is data on the number of employees, company profiles. The population of this study were employees of PT Penta Valent is numbered 109 and sampling using simple random sampling to obtain samples are 86 respondents. The results showed that 1) Leadership authoritarian and Culture organizations proven to have a direct effect and a significant positive to organizational commitment, 2) Leadership authoritarian and Culture organizations proven to have a direct effect and positively significant to the performance of the employee, 3) Organizational commitment shown to have a direct effect and positive significant to the performance of employees. 4) Leadership authoritarian proven indirect effect on employee performance through organizational commitment, 5) proven organizational culture indirect effect on employee performance through organizational commitment. Keywords: Authoritarian Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Otoriter dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Variabel Mediasi Komitmen Organisasi pada Kantor Pusat PT. Penta Valent . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Data yang digunakan menggunakan data primer dan data skunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini berupa data kuesioner yang diperoleh langsung dari responden. Sementara data skunder yang diperoleh peneliti adalah data jumlah pegawai, profil perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT Penta Valent yaitu berjumlah 109 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 86 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kepemimpinan otoriter dan Budaya organisasi terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung dan positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) Kepemimpinan otoriter dan Budaya organisasi terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung dan positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Komitmen organisasi terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung dan positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4) Kepemimpinan otoriter terbukti berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi, 5) Budaya organisasi terbukti berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi.
