Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 saat ini berdampak besar pada seluruh sektor termasuk sektor Manufaktur salah satunya adalah Supplier Medical Devices Manufacturer. Penurunan yang diakibatkan pandemi ini menggerus utilisasi (kapasitas produksi) industri seperti industri makanan dan minuman, industri kimia dan farmasi, industri otomotif atau alat angkutan, industri barang logam dan elektronik, serta industri tekstil dan pakaian jadi. Padahal, lima subsektor industri inilah yang banyak berkonstribusi pada Produk Domestik Bruto dan menghasilkan devisa negara dari ekspor. Banyaknya tantangan yang harus dihadapi sektor Supplier Medical Devices Manufacturer dalam Supply Chain karena pandemi COVID-19 memunculkan pertanyaan terkait kemampuan untuk beroperasi manufaktur selama pandemi tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan kajian untuk menganalisa risiko-risiko apa saja yang dihadapi serta strategi apa yang dapat direkomendasikan untuk menghadapinya. Dalam hal ini dilakukan screening awal terhadap variable proses yang ada pada indikator SCOR menggunakan BWM (Best Worth Method). Hasil dari pemilihan indikator tersebut kemudian dianalisa menggunakan HOR (House of Risk) fase 1 yang akhirnya didapatkan Risk Event sejumlah 17 Risiko dan Risk Agent sejumlah 48 Penyebab Risiko. Dari risiko-risiko tersebut setelah diolah lebih lanjut didapatkan sejumlah 17 Risiko (Risk Event) yang menjadi prioritas Industri Manufaktur Elektronika. Dan dengan HOR (House of Risk) fase 2 didapatkan 17 Strategi sebagai respon terhadap risiko untuk memandu perusahaan dalam proses operasionalnya untuk mengurangi kerugian selama Pandemi COVID-19 dalam mencapai tujuan bisnis dan memiliki daya saing. The current COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on all sectors, including the Supplier Medical Devices Manufacturer sector, one of which is Electronics. The decline caused by this pandemic has eroded the utilization (production capacity) of industries such as the food and beverage industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the automotive or transportation equipment industry, the metal and electronic goods industry, as well as the textile and apparel industry. In fact, it is these five industrial sub-sectors that contribute a lot to the Gross Domestic Product and generate foreign exchange from exports. The many challenges that the Supplier Medical Devices Manufacturer sector has to face in the Supply Chain due to the COVID-19 pandemic raises questions regarding the ability to operate manufacturing during the pandemic. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study to analyze what risks are faced and what strategies can be recommended to deal with them. In this case, an initial screening of the process variables in the SCOR indicator is carried out using the BWM (Best Worth Method). The results of the selection of these indicators were then analyzed using HOR (House of Risk) phase 1 which finally resulted in 17 Risk Events and 48 Risk Agents. From these risks, after further processing, a number of 17 Risks (Risk Events) are obtained which are priorities for the Electronics Manufacturing Industry. And with HOR (House of Risk) phase 2, as response to the risk 17 strategies were obtained to guide companies in their operational processes to reduce losses during the COVID-19 Pandemic in achieving business goals and being competitive.
