Abstract

This research aims to design leadership and managerial competence in accordance with the transformation is done, designing assessment of leadership competencies and managerial level corporate leaders, determine the need for managerial and leadership competencies that need to be developed in the form of training.The samples in this study are not random (non-probability) by purposive sampling method.Based on the research, in this competency mapping, the method used is a survey of 360 degrees so that it can be mapped to the exact needs and competency gaps that occur, as well as the differences in perception between employee competency assessment with superiors, peers and subordinates itself. Competence can be developed from the competency map surveyed to superiors, subordinates and colleagues. Competence is developed through training and development of individuals in the form of Assessment and assignment. Keywords: Competence, manager, leader, survey of 360 degrees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain kompetensi kepemimpinan dan manajerial yang sesuai dengan transformasi yang dilakukan, mendesain assessment kompetensi kepemimpinan dan manajerial level pimpinan perusahaan, menentukan kebutuhan kompetensi manajerial dan kepemimpinan yang perlu dikembangkan dalam bentuk pelatihan. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini bersifat tidak acak (non probability) dengan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian, dalam pemetaan kompetensi ini, metode yang digunakan adalah survey 360 derajat sehingga dapat dipetakan dengan tepat kebutuhan dan gap kompetensi yang terjadi, serta perbedaan persepsi penilaian kompetensi antara karyawan dengan atasan, rekan kerja dan bawahannya sendiri. Kompetensi dapat dikembangkan dari peta kompetensi yang telah disurvey kepada atasan, bawahan dan rekan kerja. Kompetensi dikembangkan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan individu berupa Assesmen dan penugasan. Kata kunci :Kompetensi, Manager, leader, survey 360 derajat
