Abstract

Low rate service evaluation of PT Elabram Systems of its outsourcing services is determined by its employee performance. Low rate of absenteeism, lateness, and also financial unbilled seen as employee performance problems which are influenced by result orientation of its organization culture effectively unachieved, yet transactional leadership style increase employee performance, and also problem with low motivation. This study aims to determine the influence of variables Organization Culture, Transactional Leadership Style, Work Motivation on PT Elabram Systems’ Employee Performance. The population of this study are 47 employees as total numbers of PT Elabram Systems. Sampling method is saturated sampling where all population involved as sample. The method of analysis is using multiple regression. The result of this study indicate that variables Organization Culture significantly effect on Employee Performance whereas variable Transactional Leadership Style and Work Motivation indicate effect on Employee Performance insignificantly, also simultaneously variables Organization Culture, Transactional Leadership Style, and Work Motivation insignificantly effect on PT Elabram Systems’ Employee Performance. It is required to analyze other variables which effect on Employee Performance to gain which factors significantly effect on PT Elabram Systems’ Employee Performance. Rendahnya penilaian kinerja PT Elabram Systems atas layanan jasa alih dayanya dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawannya. Masalah kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari tingkat kehadiran, keterlambatan, serta keuangan perusahaan yang tidak dapat ditagihkan dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi yang berorientasi terhadap hasil belum dapat dicapai secara maksimal, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional belum dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, serta motivasi karyawan yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kuat pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Elabram Systems. Populasi penelitian merupakan seluruh karyawan PT Elabram Systems berjumlah 47 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah Probability dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Elabram Systems, sedangkan Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan serta secara simultan variabel Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional, dan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan analisis dari variabel lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sehingga diperoleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT Elabram Systems. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, PT Elabram Systems.
