Abstract

Steam Power Banten Labuan started commercial operations in 2010 and is part of the Energy Diversification Acceleration Project (PPDE) 10,000, has two power generation units that each can produce 300 MW of electricity. Based on Pareto diagram disorders unit 1 in 2013, it can be seen that there has been interference generating units twice caused by a leak in the boiler pipes that require the unit stops operating. The method used to trace the roots of these problems include using 5 Why Analysis, Tree Diagram and fish bone diagram. To overcome this problem the boiler leaks, the researchers designed and implemented a method of overall maintenance of boiler equipment with Total Productive manitenance approach, so that the previous boiler maintenance strategy is reactive be improved and become proactive maintenance. This is expected to reduce the frequency of boiler tube leakage, predict the shelf life of the boiler pipe and increase electricity production in plants. boiler maintenance activities proactively been shown to increase the availability of boilers. Key word : Proactive Maintenance, Reliability, Boiler, Total Productive Maintenance Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) 2 Banten Labuan mulai beroperasi komersial tahun 2010 dan merupakan bagian dari Proyek Percepatan Diversifikasi Energi (PPDE) 10.000MW, memiliki dua unit pembangkit listrik yang masing masing dapat memproduksi listrik sebesar 300 MW. Berdasarkan diagram pareto gangguan unit 1 tahun 2013 , maka dapat dilihat bahwa telah terjadi gangguan unit pembangkit sebanyak dua kali yang disebabkan oleh kebocoran pada pipa boiler yang mengharuskan unit berhenti beroperasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menelusuri akar masalah tersebut diantaranya menggunakan metode 5 Why Analysis, Tree Diagram dan fish bone diagram. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan kebocoran boiler ini, maka peneliti merancang dan menerapkan suatu metode pemeliharaan peralatan boiler secara keseluruhan dengan pendekatan Total Productive Manitenance, sehingga strategi pemeliharaan boiler yang sebelumnya bersifat reactive dilakukan perbaikan dan menjadi proactive maintenance. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi frekuensi kebocoran pipa boiler, memprediksi umur pakai dari pipa pipa boiler dan meningkatkan produksi listrik pada pembangkit. Kegiatan pemeliharaan boiler secara proaktif telah terbukti meningkatkan ketersediaan/kesiapan peralatan boiler. Kata kunci : Proactive Maintenance, Kehandalan, Boiler, Total Productive Maintenance
