Abstract
Industrial Equipment Supplier companies so far have only conducted performance evaluations per each division, so the results of the existing performance evaluations have not shown the integration between the various divisions within the company in controlling supply chain performance. So in overcoming these problems, companies need to define and measure the concept of supply chain management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of supply chain flow obstruction and improve supply chain performance at Industrial Equipment Supplier companies. The method used in measuring supply chain performance is the SCOR and AHP. The measurement of supply chain performance obtained in this study is that there are 44 indicators. Based on the research results, the agile indicator has the highest value among all dimensions, which is 0.98 and is included in the Excellent performance indicator. Then the Asset Management indicator has the lowest value among all dimensions with a value of 0.21 and is included in the Average performance indicator. The indicators in this study serve as the basis for assessing supply chain performance. Therefore, it is necessary to improve performance, especially in asset management where all industries in Indonesia are not able to manage assets properly. Asset management that can be done in an effective way using businesstech applications. Keyword: AHP, Supply Chain Management, SCOR. Pada perusahaan Industrial Equipment Supplier selama ini hanya melakukan evaluasi kinerja per masing-masing divisi saja, sehingga hasil evaluasi kinerja yang ada belum menunjukkan keterpaduan antara berbagai divisi dalam perusahaan mengontrol kinerja rantai pasok. Maka dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan penetapan dan pengukuran konsep manajemen rantai pasok. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dapat menganalisis penyebab terhambatnya aliran rantai pasok dan memperbaiki kinerja rantai pasok pada perusahaan Industrial Equipment Supplier. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yaitu metode SCOR dan AHP. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yang diperoleh dalam penelitian yaitu terdapat 44 indikator. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, indicator agility memiliki nilai paling tinggi diantara semua dimensi, yaitu bernilai 0,98 dan masuk dalam indikator kinerja Excellent. Kemudian indikator Asset Management memiliki nilai paling rendah diantara semua dimensi dengan nilai 0,21 dan masuk dalam indikator kinerja Average. Indikator pada penelitian ini sebagai dasar penilaian kinerja rantai pasok. Oleh sebab itu perlunya ada peningkatakan kinerja khususnya pada asset management dimana pada seluruh industri di Indonesia kurang dapat memanage asset secara baik. Manajemen asset yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang efektif menggunakan aplikasi businesstech.
