Abstract

ABSTRAK Jalan sebagai prasarana utama transportasi darat mempunyai peranan penting sebagai penghubung antara satu daerah dengan daerah yang lain. Seiring peningkatan beban lalu lintas, dapat menyebabkan tingkat pelayanan jalan menjadi berkurang. Jalan yang mengalami overloading karena terus menerus terbebani oleh volume lalu lintas yang lebih besar dari yang direncanakan, akan mengalami penurunan kekuatan struktur perkerasan jalan raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja ruas jalan dan perbaikan jalan Tol Cipali dengan metode Cold Mixed Recycling Foam Bitumen (CMRFB), analisa kinerja dilakukan pengumpulan data meliputi data volume lalu lintas, geometrik dan faktor-faktor penyesuaian jalan yang kemudian di analisis menggunakan Panduan MKJI (1997). Membandingkan hasil metode perbaikan CMRFB dengan metode yang saat ini di gunakan yaitu metode CTRB dari segi biaya dan perkerasan. Hasil penelitian dengan metode CMRFB pada ruas Jalan Tol Cipali didapat tebal total perkerasan 70 cm untuk alternatif 1 dengan biaya Rp. 1.201.409.164.064,16 dan 90 cm untuk alternatif 2 dengan biaya Rp. 1.338.556.395.388,32,. Kemudian untuk kinerja ruas jalan didapat volume puncak arah Cikedung-Subang 1305,8 smp/jam, dengan derajat kejenuhan 0,55 dan arah Subang – Cikedung volume puncak 1148 smp/jam dengan derajat kejenuhan 0,48. Kata Kunci : CMRFB, Perkerasan Daur Ulang, Analisa Kinerja ABSTRACT Road as the main infrastructure of land transportation has an important role as a connector between one area and another. As the traffic load increases, it can cause the level of road service to be reduced. Roads that are overloaded because they are constantly burdened by a larger volume of traffic than planned, will experience a decrease in the strength of the highway pavement structure. This study aims to analyze the performance of roads and repair of the Cipali Highway Road with the method of Cold Mixed Recycling Foam Bitumen (CMRFB), the analysis of the performance of data collection includes data on traffic volume, geometric and road adjustment factors which are then analyzed using the MKJI Guide ( 1997). Comparing the results of the CMRFB repair method with the method currently used, namely the CTRB method in terms of cost and pavement. The results of the research using the CMRFB method on the Cipali Highway Road section obtained a total thickness of 70 cm pavement for alternative 1 at a cost of Rp. 1,201,409,164,064.16 and 90 cm for alternative 2 at a cost of Rp. 1,338,556,395,388.32,. Then for the performance of the road, the peak volume of the Cikedung-Subang direction is 1305.8 pcu / hour, with a degree of saturation of 0.55 and the direction of Subang-Cikedung, the peak volume is 1148 pcu / hour with the degree of saturation of 0.48.
