Abstract

This study aims to determine the compentation, work stress and style of leadership on turnover intention in PT. XYZ Sukabumi. PT. XYZ is a trading company and workshop that operates in trade showrooms and workshops. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, while the method used to analyze the research data is SPSS 18.0. The population of this research is 146 employees of PT. XYZ, and the number of samples is 106 respondents, which taken using probability sampling with the type of sampling used is simple random sampling (simple random sampling). Based on statistic test result using SPSS 18.0 analysis technique, it was found that (1) compensation had a negative and significant influence on turnover intention with a coefficient significance value of 0,000 (2) work stress a positive and significant influence on turnover intention with a coefficient significance value of 0,006 (3) the style of leadership a negative and significant influence on turnover intention with a coefficient significance value of 0,000 (4) compensation, work stress and style of leadership simultaneously affect turnover intention. Keyword : Turnover Intention, Compensation, Work Stress, and Leadership Style Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi, stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention di PT.XYZ kota Sukabumi. PT.XYZ adalah perusahaan perdagangan dan perbengkelan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan showroom dan bengkel. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, Sedangkan metode yang dipilih untuk menganalisa data hasil penelitian adalah SPSS 18.0 Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.XYZ berjumlah 146 karyawan, dan jumlah sampel adalah 106 responden, yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan Jenis sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SPSS 18.0, ditemukan bahwa (1) kompensasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikansi koefisien 0,000 (2) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikansi koefisien 0,006 (3) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikansi koefisien 0,00 (4) kompensasi, stress kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan seara simultan mempengaruhi turnover intention.
