Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of leadership style, motivation and work ethic to work performance at REDTOP Hotel & Convention Center. The study design used is descriptive and research type of survey methods. data taken using questionnaires given to 148 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaire, observation, and interview using data analysis technique in the form of validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicolinearity test, heteroxidity test, correlation test and regression test. The results of this study indicate that the value of Constanta value of 5.750 states that if the variables of leadership, work motivation and work culture then the average performance of employees at the REDTOP Hotel & Convention Center is 5.750, R value is 0.552, this means that the correlation between independent variables leadership, work motivation and work culture) to the dependent variable (employee performance) has a moderate to strong relationship because the value of R 0,552 approaches 1. In addition, R square value of 0,552 means the percentage of contribution influence of leadership variables, work motivation and work culture on employee performance of 55.2% while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di REDTOP Hotel & Convention Center. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey dan penelitian korelasi-regresi. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 148 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner, observasi, dan wawancara dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroksidasitas, uji korelasi dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai Nilai Constanta sebesar 5,750 menyatakan bahwa jika variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya kerja maka rata-rata kinerja karyawan di REDTOP Hotel & Convention Center adalah 5,750, Nilai R adalah 0,552, hal ini berarti bahwa korelasi antara variabel independen (kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) memiliki hubungan sedang menuju kuat karena nilai R 0,552 mendekati 1. Selain itu, nilai R square sebesar 0,552 artinya persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 55,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.
