Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh kepuasan terhadap gaji, kepuasan atasan & rekan kerja, dan kepuasan promosi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mitra Sinergi Adhitama. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 63, yang mana total populasi memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Teknik yang digunakan nonprobability dengan metode sampel jenuh. Data penelitian yang terkait dengan variabel kepuasan terhadap gaji,atasan & rekan kerja, promosi dan kinerja karyawan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap gaji, kepuasan atasan & rekan kerja, dan kepuasan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mitra Sinergi Adhitama. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menginformasikan bahwa kepuasan terhadap promosi memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Hasil korelasi antar dimensi menunjukkan dimensi yang paling kuat ada pada dimensi kesempatan promosi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dimensi ketetapan waktu dari hasil, untuk variabel kepuasan terhadap gaji adalah dimensi gaji yang diterima terhadap kuantitas dari hasil sedangkan kepuasan terhadap atasan & rekan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mitra Sinergi Adhitama, namun secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadapkinerja karyawan PT. Mitra Sinergi Adhitama. This study aimed to test whether there is influence satisfaction against salary, satisfaction tops & peers, and the satisfaction of promotion on performance of employees of PT Mitra Adhitama Synergy.This research population numbered 63, where the total population meet the criteriaas a sample.The techniques used are non probability sampling method with saturated.Research data related to the variable job satisfaction against salary, tops & co-workers, promotion and employee performance using instruments in the form of a questionnaire. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression.The results showed satisfaction against salary, satisfaction superiors & co-wokers, and satisfaction together influential promotion positively and significantly to the performance of the employees of PT MitraAdhitama Synergy.Multiple linear regression analysis results inform that customer satisfaction towards the promotion of the dominant influence on performance of employees.The results of the correlation between the dimensions indicate the most powerful dimensions exist in the dimension of chance promotion on performance of employees on the dimensions of time results, provision for satisfaction against the variable salary is the dimension salary against the quantity of results while satisfaction against superiors & co-workers have no significant influence on performance of employees of PT Mitra Synergy Adhitama, but simultaneously have a significant influence on performance of employees of PT Mitra Adhitama Synergy.
