Abstract
The passenger terminal is one of the main components in the airport system. The performance of this passenger terminal needs to be evaluated regularly along with the increasing number of people who use airplanes as one of the modes of transportation. Therefore, Check-in area, Security check-in, Departure Waiting Room which is the main part of the Airport needs to be evaluated based on existing conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of the number of check-in counters, check-in security, boarding gate area, and determine the level of service, and forecasting. The method used to analyze the need for the number of check-in counters and security check-in is based on a direct survey and Regulation of the Director General of Civil Aviation SKEP / 77 / VI / 2005 using the SNI 03-7046-2004 standard, and FIFO (Firs In First Out) calculation and comparing passengers if they use peak hour and daily average passengers, and doing needs after forecasting for 2028 based on the average percentage increase in the number of passengers in the last 10 years. The results of calculations show that the required check-in counters are 24 counters for minimum service time and 40 for maximum service time, while the existing available counters are 12 counters. If using the daily average number of passengers in accordance with the hours of operation, then it takes 9 check-in counters and 16 check-in counters for the maximum service time. In the departure lounge, Level of Service waiting room A is in category A. For security check-in if done according to FIFO calculations based on direct survey data, it requires 5 security check-ins, while if it is calculated then 6 security check-ins are needed, while currently only 2 security check-ins are available. Keywords: Performance,Domestic,Passenger Terminal,Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Terminal penumpang merupakan salah satu komponen utama dalam sistem bandar udara. Kinerja terminal penumpang ini perlu dievaluasi secara berkala seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah masyarakat yang menggunakan pesawat terbang sebagai salah satu moda transportasi. Oleh karna itu, Check-in area, Security check-in, Ruang Tunggu Keberangkatan yang merupakan bagian utama dari Bandara perlu dievaluasi kinerjanya berdasarkan kondisi eksisting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis kebutuhan jumlah loket check-in, security check-in, luasan boarding gate, serta mengetahui level of service,dan forecasting. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa kebutuhan jumlah check-in counter dan security check-in berdasarkan survey langsung dan Peraturan Dirjen Perhubungan Udara SKEP/77/VI/2005 dengan menggunakan standar SNI 03-7046-2004, dan perhitungan FIFO (Firs In First Out) serta membandingkan penumpang jika menggunakan peak hour dan penumpang rata-rata harian, dan melakukan kebutuhan setelah forecasting untuk tahun 2028 berdasarkan persentase rata-rata kenaikan jumlah penumpang 10 tahun terahir. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa counter check-in yang dibutuhkan ialah 24 loket untuk waktu pelayanan minimum dan 40 untuk waktu pelayanan maksimum,sedangkan loket eksisting yang tersedia berjumlah 12 loket. Jika menggunakan jumlah penumpang rata-rata harian sesuai dengan jam beroprasinya maka dibutuhkan 9 loket check-in dan 16 loket check-in untuk waktu pelayanan maksimumnya. Di ruang tunggu keberangkatan, Level of Service ruang tunggu A ada dalam kategori A. Untuk security check-in jika dilakukan menurut perhitungan FIFO berdasarkan data survei langsung dibutuhkan 5 security check�in , sedang jika dilakukan perhitungan maka dibutuhkan 6 security check-in, sedangkan yang tersedia saat ini hanya 2 security check-in. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Domestik, Terminal Penumpang, Bandara Soekarno-Hatta.
