Abstract
PT. Ciptakom Media Nusa (PT CMN) is a company engaged in the Internet service provider (Internet provider). The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external conditions and formulate a business strategy in order to gain a competitive advantage for the company. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with case study. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews with stakeholders in the company. The data that has been obtained is analyzed by using Porter 5 Forces, IFE matrix, EFE, SWOT, IE, BCG and QSPM. The results of the analysis of SWOT Matrix, IE, BCG showed an alternative that can be implemented company is market penetration strategy, product differentiation, the development of services and cut costs. The final results of this study concluded that the recommendations or proposals appropriate business strategy for the company obtained based on the data processing through QSPM Matrix is a market penetration strategy which is then followed by the development of the service. PT Ciptakom Media Nusa (PT CMN) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa penyedia layanan internet (internet provider). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan dan menyusun formulasi strategi bisnis guna memperoleh keunggulan bersaing bagi perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap pihak-pihak terkait di dalam perusahaan. Data-data yang telah diperoleh tersebut dianalisis menggunakan Porter 5 Forces, Matriks IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE, BCG dan QSPM. Hasil analisis Matriks SWOT, IE, BCG menunjukkan alternatif yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan adalah strategi penetrasi pasar, diferensiasi produk, pengembangan layanan dan pemangkasan biaya. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rekomendasi atau usulan strategi bisnis yang tepat bagi perusahaan didapat berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data melalui Matriks QSPM adalah strategi penetrasi pasar (market penetration) yang lalu diikuti oleh pengembangan layanan (service development).
