Abstract

Keterikatan kerja karyawan milenial menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan dalam hal Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh serta mengetahui persepsi karyawan mengenai budaya organisasi, kompensasi, motivasi terhadap keterikatan kerja generasi millenial di masa pandemi Covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10.738 karyawan milenial yang bekerja di PT Pegadaian (Persero). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis dalam penelitian adalah analisis SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis penelitian yang paling berkontribusi terhadap variabel keterikatan kerja secara berturut-turut yaitu variabel kompensasi dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,405, T-hitung sebesar 2,806 dan P-values sebesar 0,005, kemudian diikuti variabel motivasi dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,312, T- hitung sebesar 2,136 dan P-values sebesar 0,033, dan yang terakhir variabel budaya organisasi dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,236, T-hitung sebesar 2,121 dan P-values sebesar 0,034. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. The results of the research analysis that contributed the most to the work engagement variable, respectively, were the compensation variable with an original sample value of 0.405, a T-count of 2.806 and a P-value of 0.005, followed by a motivational variable with an original sample value of 0.312, T- count of 2.136 and P-values of 0.033, and the last variable is organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.236, T-count of 2.121 and P-values of 0.034.
