Abstract
The foundation is a structure located at the bottom of the structure that functions to transfer the burden of the upper structure to the hard soil layer or to a better soil layer. This final project discusses the redesign of the bored pile foundation and compares it with the results of the PDA test and the Compression Load Test that have been carried out in the initial construction of the project, in this case it is necessary to determine the soil shear strength parameters, which in the soil investigation report on the tiger independent head- office, followed by calculating the bearing capacity of the pile using ground shear strength data and from the N-SPT data calculated using the mayerhof method, (1976), Mayerhof, (1956), and the Shioi & Alpha method. Next that is calculated is the efficiency and carrying capacity of the pile group and combined carrying capacity of the pile group to the burden of working on the column, in this case the load is calculated manually using the specific gravity of reinforced concrete, brick weight, the coefficient values of various life loads and using standard rules in effect, if the load can already be borne by the carrying capacity of the working pile foundation, then compare the results of the design with the results of the PDA test and the compression load test. From the results of the redesign of the bored pile foundation, the results obtained are: Carrying capacity of single piles and groups in which the carrying capacity of the pile has been able to withstand the burden of the working structure. The results of the comparison between the results of the redesign of the PDA and the compression load test with the results of the PDA test and compression load test in the initial development, have a comparison that is not large enough. Pondasi adalah struktur yang terletak pada bagian dasar struktur yang berfungsi untuk mentransfer beban struktur atas ke lapisan tanah keras atau ke lapisan tanah yang lebih baik. Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang desain ulang pondasi bored pile serta diperbandingkan dengan hasil uji PDA dan Compression Load Test yang telah terlaksana pada pembangunan awal proyek, dalam hal ini perlu menentukan parameter kuat geser tanah, yang mana dalam laporan soil investigation pada proyek tiger mandiri head-office, dilanjutkan dengan menghitung daya dukung tiang menggunakan data kuat geser tanah dan dari data N-SPT yang dihitung menggunakan metode mayerhof, (1976), Mayerhof, (1956), dan metode Shioi & Metode Alpha. Berikutnya yang dihitung yaitu efisiensi dan daya dukung kelompok tiang dan dikombinasikan daya dukung kelompok tiang terhadap beban yang bekerja perkolom, dalam hal ini beban dihitung secara manual menggunakan berat jenis beton bertulang, berat jenis bata, nilai koefisien macam- macam beban hidup serta menggunakan standar aturan yang berlaku, jika beban sudah dapat dipikul oleh daya dukung pondasi tiang yang bekerja,setelah itu membandingkan hasil desain dengan hasil uji PDA dan Compression load test. Dari hasil desain ulang pondasi bored pile ini diperoleh hasil yaitu : Daya dukung tiang tunggal dan kelompok yang mana daya dukung tiang sudah mampu menahan beban sutruktur yang bekerja. Hasil perbandingan antara hasil desain ulang PDA dan compression load test dengan hasil uji PDA dan compression load test pada pembangunan awal, memiliki perbandingan yang tidak cukup besar. Kata Kunci : Pondasi Bored Pile, Metoda Kapasitas Daya Dukung Tunggal dan Group, Metode Mayerhor, Alpha, Hasil Uji PDA dan Hasil Uji Compression Load Test.
