Abstract
The design of this modification refers to the latest regulations, namely SNI 2847 - 2013 on structural concrete requirements for building structures, SNI 1726 - 2012 on earthquake resistance planning procedures for building and non building structures, SNI 1727 - 2013 on minimum loads for building design buildings and other structures. Earthquake loads are calculated by dynamic quake load response methods that are controlled by equivalent static earthquake load method, then analyzed using the Etabs auxiliary program. From the results of the analysis that has been done, got the conclusion Based on the calculation, the main structure of the Royal Dental Hospital using a reinforced concrete beam size 40/80 for the master beam, 1200/1200 columns for floors 1-7, 1050/1050 columns for floors 7-10 , and 950/950 columns for floors 11-17 On the floor of the roof is used 60/120 prestressed concrete beams with a length of 16.5 m using animate and dead 2SCH5-19 VSL multi strand post-tensioning tendon in jacking at 3500 kN.. Keywords: Alternative Design, Royal Dental Hospital, Dual System, Prestressed Concrete Desain modifikasi ini mengacu pada peraturan yang terbaru, yaitu SNI 2847 – 2013 tentang persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung, SNI 1726 – 2012 tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung, SNI 1727 – 2013 tentang beban minimum untuk perancangan bangunan gedung dan struktur lain. Beban gempa dihitung dengan metode beban gempa dinamis respons spectrum yang dikontrol dengan metode beban gempa statik ekivalen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan program bantu Etabs. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, struktur utama Rumah Sakit Royal Dental menggunakan balok beton bertulang ukuran 40/80 untuk balok induk, kolom 1200/1200 untuk lantai 1-7, kolom 1050/1050 untuk lantai 7-10, dan kolom 950/950 untuk lantai 11-17. Pada lantai atap digunakan balok beton prategang berukuran 60/120 dengan panjang 16,5 m yang menggunakan angkur Hidup dan Mati 2SCH5-19 VSL multi strand post-tensioning tendon yang di jacking pada 3500 kN.
