Abstract

Factors that cause delays can be said to be unexpected consequences. On construction projects however can not be eliminated but can be reduced or transferred from one party to another. The purpose of this study is to find the most dominant factors that affect the delay of high structure under the building work. The measurement tool is a questionnaire distributed to respondents, then using statistical calculations (validation test, reliability test, correlation test, and regression test) Test results in this case there is one factor that is most dominant or very influential in the delay of the work of structures under the building high that is the factor of execution of high structure under construction work with the result of soil excavation work, Variable of these factors apparently have a significant effect on the completion of the work undertaken strutur under high building where the value of soil digging significance with the value of T test is a significant value of 0.020 smaller <from 0.05 So it can be concluded that the result of soil excavation work has a significant effect on the completion of high structure under construction work. Keywords: factors causing delays, underlying structures, dominant factors, statistical programs Faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dapat dikatakan merupakan akibat yang mungkin terjadi secara tak terduga. Pada proyek konstruksi bagaimanapun tidak dapat dihilangkan tetapi dapat dikurangi atau ditransfer dari satu pihak kepihak lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan pekerjaan struktur bawah gedung tinggi. Alat ukur penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden, lalu menggunakan perhitungan statistik (uji validasi, uji reabilitas, uji korelasi, dan uji regresi. Hasil pengujian dalam hal ini terdapat satu faktor yang paling dominan atau sangat berpengaruh dalam keterlambatan pekerjaan struktur bawah bangunan gedung tinggi yaitu Faktor pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur bawah gedung tinggi dengan hasil pekerjaan galian tanah, Variabel dari faktor tersebut ternyata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyelesaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan strutur bawah gedung tinggi dimana nilai signifikasi pekerjaan galian tanah dengan nilai uji T yaitu nilai signifikan sebesar 0.020 lebih kecil < dari 0.05. Maka dapat disimpulkan hasil pekerjaan galian tanah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyelesaian pekerjaan struktur bawah gedung tinggi.
