Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Size and Coal Price to Dep Equity Ratio either partially or simultaneously on coal sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2017. The population of this research is coal sub-sector company. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling method so that obtained 15 companies qualify as sample. This research uses data panel regression analysis method with Eviews 9 program, to know the effect of independent variable consisting of ROE, SA, SIZE, HBB, to Dep Equity Ratio. The results of this study indicate that partially ROE, SIZE, HBB have a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure and SA have no positive effect on capital structure. The results of this study indicate that ROE, SA, SIZE, and HBB simultaneously have a significant effect on Capital Structure. Keyword: Return On Equity, Structure Asset, Firm Size, Price of Coal, Structure Capital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Aktiva, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Harga Batubara terhadap Struktur Modal baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada perusahaan sub sektor batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013 - 2017. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor batubara. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 15 perusahaan memenuhi syarat sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan program Eviews 9, untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas yang terdiri dari ROE, SA, SIZE, HBB, terhadap struktur modal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROE, SIZE, berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, HBB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal dan SA berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROE, SA, SIZE, dan HBB secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Kunci : Return On Equity, struktur asset, ukuran perusahaan, harga batubara, struktur modal.
