Abstract
Turnover Intention merupakah keinginan keryawan untuk berhenti dari pekerjaannya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung variabel independen yaitu kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap variabel dependen yaitu turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Karya Utama Perdana, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 113 karyawan dari total populasi sebanyak 162 karyawan. Pada penentuan sampel penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan rumus slovin dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Kemudian pada analisis data, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 24, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci : turnover intention, kepemimpinan, kompensasi, beban kerja Turnover Intention is the desire of the merchant to quit his job. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct influence of independent variables of leadership, compensation and workload of the dependent variable is turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT Karya Utama Perdana, with 113 respondents from total population of 162 employees. In determining the sample of this study, the authors use the formula slovin and data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Then on the data analysis, the authors used multiple linear regression analysis techniques that were processed using SPSS software version 24, so the results obtained further show that leadership has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, positive and significant to turnover intention.
