Abstract
This study aims to identify whether work stress (X1), career development (X2) and work-life balance (X3) affect the turnover intention (Y) at Deputy of Commisioner Integrated Supervision Terintegrasi-Indonesia Financial Services Authority. The research method used was a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 94 respondents by using Partial Least Square (PLS 3.2.). The results of the study stated that work stress affect the turnover intention. Career development affect the turnover intention. Work-life balance affect the turnover intention at Deputy of Commisioner Integrated Supervision Terintegrasi-Indonesia Financial Services Authority. Keywords: work stress, career development and work-life balance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah stres kerja (X1), pengembangan karir (X2) dan work-life balance (X3) berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention (Y) di Bidang Deputi Komisioner Pengaturan dan Pengawasan Terintegrasi-Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 94 responden dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS 3.2.). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci : stres kerja, pengembangan karir, work-life balance dan turnover intention
