Abstract

The purpose of writing this report is to explain the planning and design process for Low Cost Housing with community Housing in West Cakung, especially designed to respond to problems related to affordable housing. By prioritizing the building�friendly aspects contained in the green architecture, then aligning it with the basic concept of flat building. Application of materials, circulation, and building mass design which is also adapted to environmental conditions. Previous design precedents and room area standards became the basis for designing this building. The Green Architecture concept is applied to all buildings as well as cost efficiency so that buildings can be sold at the lowest possible price, considering that the main target is low-income people. This affordable flat can reduce slum settlements in the capital. The building is designed for eight floors in accordance with the decrees of the local government, all of which have facilitated integrated activities and circulation in the building. Keywords : Low Cost Housing, Green Architecture Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang proses perencanaan dan perancangan Low Cost Housing with community Housing di Cakung Barat khususnya dirancang untuk menanggapi problematika terkait dengan hunian yang terjangkau. Dengan mengedepankan aspek ramah bangunan yang terkandung dalam green architecture, kemudian menyelaraskan dengan konsep dasar bangunan rumah susun. Penerapan material, sirkulasi, serta rancangan massa bangunan yang juga disesuaikan dengan keadaan lingkungan. Preseden-preseden desain yang terdahulu dan standar luas ruang menjadi landasan dalam perancangan bangunan ini. Konsep Green Architecture diterapkan pada semua bangunan serta efisiensi biaya agar bangunan dapat dijual dengan harga yang seminimal mungkin, mengingat sasaran utamanya adalah masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Adapun rusun terjangkau ini dapat mengurangi pemukiman kumuh di ibukota. Bangunan ini didesain delapan lantai sesuai dengan ketetapan yang dari pemerintah daerah setempat, yang keseluruhannya telah memfasilitasi aktivitas serta sirkulasi yang saling terintegrasi di dalam bangunan.
