Abstract

Cibubur, which is located in the province of West Java, was once known as a cool and beautiful city, now there have been many changes along with the development of infrastructure and areas, both as a residential and commercial function, as a result the green areas have also diminished. The TOD area at the Harjamukti LRT Station is designed in such a way as to restore the old cool and beautiful Cibubur image, but it will still be integrated with modern and iconic design alternatives, so that it becomes a convenient and memorable location for tourists. The TOD area is divided into three main functions, namely Mice, Hotel, and Retail, of course, with other supporting facilities to meet the activities of social communities. In the Retail area, the concept of "Shopping Street" aims to create closeness between users and nature. Keywords: Hotel, MICE, TOD, Green Architecture Cibubur yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Barat dulu dikenal sebagai kota yang sejuk dan asri, kini telah terjadi banyak perubahan seiring dengan pembangunan infrastruktur dan kawasan, baik sebagai fungsi hunian maupun komersial, akibatnya area-area hijau pun semakin berkurang. Kawasan TOD pada Stasiun LRT Harjamukti dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk mengembalikan citra lama cibubur yang sejuk dan asri, namun akan tetap dipadukan dengan alternatif desain yang modern dan iconic, sehingga menjadi sebuah lokasi yang nyaman dan berkesan bagi para wisatawan. Pada kawasan TOD ini terbagi menjadi tiga fungsi utama yaitu Mice, Hotel, dan Retail, tentunya dengan fasilitas-fasilitas pendukung lainnya untuk memenuhi aktifitas komunitas sosial. Pada area Retail mengusung konsep "Shopping Street" bertujuan untuk menciptakan kedekatan antara pengguna dengan alam. Kata Kunci : Hotel , MICE, TOD, Arsitektur Hijau
