Abstract
Ttraffic jams, long distance traveled, air and noise pollution, and energy waste are some of the problems that occur from transportation problems that are happening in big cities. Therefor, required a design that is able to integrate the development of transportation modes with land use, known as the Transit Oriented Development concept. Selection of the facilities like, Retail, Hotel and MICE building is expected to be able to accommodate all the activities of its users. This building design uses the theme of Urban Design and Green Building with a TOD Oriented Area context that will accommodate activities and users in the surrounding environment in the Cipete area, South Jakarta, Indonesia, so as to reduce to solve existing transportation problems. Keywords : Hotel, MICE, Transit Oriented Development, Green Building Kemacetan, jarak tempuh yang lama, polusi udara dan suara, serta pemborosan energi merupakan beberapa masalah yang terjadi dari masalah transportasi yang sedang terjadi di kota-kota besar. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan suatu perancangan yang mampu mengintegrasi antara pembangunan moda transportasi dengan pemanfaatan guna lahan yang dikenal dengan konsep Transit Oriented Development. Pemilihan fasilitas berupa Retail, Hotel dan MICE bangunan ini diharapkan mampu mengakomodir semua kegiatan penggunanya. Desain bangunan ini menggunakan tema Urban Design dan Green Building dengan konteks Kawasan yang berorientasi TOD yang akan mengakomodir kegiatan dan pengguna di lingkungan sekitar pada kawasan Cipete, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia, sehingga mampu mereduksi hingga menyelesaikan permasalahan Transportasi yang ada.
