Abstract
Cibubur is one of the cities in Indonesia with a high level of mobility. The density of the population, as well as various activities and needs of the population carried out at various points in the city area. The intensity of population movement from one place to another to make ends meet or do their needs and activities is very high, with the majority of residents using private motorized vehicles. This certainly triggers congestion and density of vehicles, which actually hinders various activities themselves. To support and maximize public transportation planning, a regional planning is needed that can accommodate various transit activities from one mode of transportation to another mode of transportation. Then came the idea of transit-oriented area planning or transit-oriented development (TOD). TOD or transit-oriented development means integrating urban space design to unite people, activities, buildings and public spaces through easy connectivity on foot and by cycling as well as being close to excellent public transportation services throughout the city. The planning of the area must be made in such a way that it can accommodate transit activities, such as maximizing access for pedestrians, public transportation users, active open spaces, and connections between buildings, which means providing access to opportunities and local and city resources using modes the most efficient and healthy mobility with the most minimal cost and environmental impact and high resilience to disturbing events. An inclusive TOD is the basis needed for long-term sustainability, justice, equitable prosperity, and security in the city. Keywords: Integration, Public Transportation, TOD. Cibubur merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia dengan tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi. Kepadatan jumlah penduduk, serta berbagai aktifitas dan kebutuhan penduduknya dilakukan di berbagai titik di kawasan kota. Intensitas perpindahan penduduk dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya untuk mencukupi atau melakukan kebutuhan serta aktifitasnya sangatlah tinggi, dengan mayoritas penduduk menggunakan kendaraan bermotor pribadi. Hal tersebut tentunya memicu terjadinya kemacetan serta kepadatan kendaraan, yang justru menghambat berbagai kegiatan itu sendiri. Untuk mendukung dan memaksimalkan perencanaan transportasi public tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah perencanaan kawasan yang dapat mewadahi berbagai kegiatan transit dari sebuah moda transportasi ke moda transportasi lainnya. Maka muncul lah ide perencanaan kawasan berorientasi transit atau transit oriented development (TOD). TOD atau pembangunan berorientasi transit berarti mengintegrasikan desain ruang kota untuk menyatukan orang, kegiatan, bangunan, dan ruang publik melalui konektifitas yang mudah dengan berjalan kaki dan bersepeda serta dekat dengan pelayanan angkutan umum yang sangat baik ke seluruh kota. Perencanaan kawasan tersebut harus dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat mewadahi kegiatan transit, seperti memaksimalkan akses untuk pejalan kaki, pengguna transportasi public, ruang terbuka yang aktif, serta koneksi antar bangunan, dimana hal tersebut berarti memberi akses untuk peluang dan sumber daya lokal dan kota menggunakan moda mobilitas yang paling efisien dan sehat dengan biaya dan dampak lingkungan paling minimal dan berketahanan tinggi terhadap kejadian yang mengganggu. TOD yang inklusif merupakan dasar yang dibutuhkan untuk keberlanjutan jangka panjang, keadilan, kesejahteraan yang merata, dan keamanan di kota. Kata kunci: Integrasi, Transportasi Publik, TOD.
