Abstract
TOD (Transit Oriented Development) is the concept of developing the area in and around the transit node so that the added value focuses on the integration between the mass public transport network, and between the mass public transport network with non-motorized transportation modes, and the reduction in the use of motorized vehicles that are accompanied mixed area development. The mixed area in this final design is a hotel and convention. TOD which is integrated with hotels and conventions with the concept of Biophilic Architecture is expected to become a place not only as a transit area but can provide a place for social and mental health relations for its users. Keyword : TOD ( Transit Oriented Development ), Biophilic Architecture TOD ( Transit Oriented Development ) adalah konsep pengembangan kawasan di dalam dan di sekitar simpul transit agar bernilai tambah yang menitikberatkan pada integrasi antar jaringan angkutan umum massal, dan antar jaringan angkutan umum massal dengan jaringan moda transportasi tidak bermotor, serta pengurangan penggunaan kendaraan bermotor yang disertai pengembangan kawasan campuran. Kawasan campuran pada perancangan akhir ini adalah sebuah hotel dan konvensi. TOD yang terintegrasi hotel dan konvensi dengan konsep Biophilik Arsitektur diharapkan menjadi sebuah yang tidak hanya sebagai kawasan transit namun dapat memberikan tempat untuk berinteraksi sosial dan kesehatan mental bagi para penggunanya. Kata Kunci : TOD ( Transit Oriented Development ), Biophilik Arsitektur.
