Abstract
This study aims to find out and explain work motivation, job satisfaction, work environment together influence the organizational commitment of the Operational Section of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Eltari Kupang Airport. This type of research is causal associative research using a quantitative approach. Picking technique sample is a sampling technique using saturated sampling techniques taken from the population of all operational employees at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Eltari Kupang Airport, amounting to 65 people. Data sources used are primary and secondary data collection methods used through library research (field research) research, namely observation and questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that in multiple correlations it was known that work motivation, job satisfaction, work environment had a significant effect on the commitment of employees of the operational body to PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). To be able to increase employee commitment to the company organization to provide equal opportunities to all employees regarding career development, promotion of employees who excel in improving the work environment, especially the narrow employee work space and the addition of employee work facilities namely air conditioning maintenance and computer renewal that can maximize employee performance .
