Abstract
This objective of research is to analyze and explain the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational culture to the Teacher Commitment in the Islamic Elementary School Al Fajar Bekasi City. Data collection was done by disseminating a questionnaire to employess marketing as much 48 peoples .Data analysis using the method of testing the assumptions of classical test validity and reability, data and hypothesis testing with linear regression analysis techniques that are processed using the SPSS program for Windows. Based on the testresults the coefficient of determination adjusted value produces R-Square of 0,666 or 66,6% it shows the influence of variable leadership, motivation and organizational culture on Teacher Commitment, while the remaining 33,4% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of thihs research indicate that: Simultaneously leadership, motivation and organizational culture effect on Teacher Commitment, and Partially leadership, motivation and organizational culture effect on Teacher Commitment in the Islamic Elementary School Al Fajar Bekasi City. Keyword: Leadership, Motivation and Organizational Culture, Teacher Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Guru pada Sekolah Dasar Islam Al Fajar Kota Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada guru sebanyak 48 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan pengujian asumsi klasik, pengujian validitas dan realibilitas data serta pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik analisis regresi linear yang diolah menggunakan SPSS for windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menghasilkan nilai adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,666 atau 66,6%. Hal ini menunjukan pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Guru, sedangkan 33,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Secara simultan Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Guru dan secara parsial Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Guru Sekolah Dasar Islam Al Fajar Kota Bekasi.
