Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation, and work satisfaction to employee performance in Vivo Mobile Indonesia Company, West Bekasi area. Research data is yearly data for two years observation period, from 2014 to 2016. The analysis method that used in this study is SPSS 24th version. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. From a population of 110 sales products, 70 sales employees met the criteria to be the sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regresion. The results showed that compensation, work motivation and work satisfaction simultaneously are having positive but unsignificant influence to the performance of employee. Work Motivation is the biggest significant variable in influencing the employee performance. This value can be seen in coefisien value in the amount of 0.700. Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Satisfaction, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Vivo Mobile Indonesia area Bekasi Barat. Data penelitian merupakan data tahunan untuk periode observasi selama dua tahun dimulai dari tahun 2014 hingga 2016. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Dari 110 populasi karyawan yang bekerja sebagai sales, ada 70 karyawan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif namun tidak signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi Kerja adalah variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.700.
