Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Profitability, Debt Policy, and Liquidity on the value of the company in property and real estate companies on the IDX. The data in this study are annual data with the period 2010 to 2016. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, in which from the population of property and real estate companies listed on the Stock Exchange as many as 49 companies, 32 companies were selected as research samples. The independent variables in this study are profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR), and debt policy (DER). The dependent variable in this study is the company value (PBV). Data analysis method used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that ROE, CR, and DER had a significant effect on PBV together (simultaneously). Partially ROE and CR have a significant effect on PBV, while DER has no significant effect on PBV. Keywords: Profitability, debt policy, Liquidity and company value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Hutang, dan Likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan properti dan real estate di BEI. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data tahunan dengan periode 2010 sampai dengan 2016. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yang di mana dari populasi perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI sebanyak 49 perusahaan, terpilih 32 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas (ROE), likuiditas (CR), dan kebijakan hutang (DER). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan (PBV). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROE, CR, dan DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV secara bersama-sama (simultan). Secara parsial ROE dan CR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV, sedangkan DER berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, kebijakan hutang, Likuiditas dan nilai perusahaan.
