Abstract

During this time many hotel & mice buildings were built by only considering the function of the building so that the response of visitors or users to the design of the hotel & mice building did not get a good response. Therefore, with the advances in architecture today it can certainly help in designing Transit Oriented Development so that this building has more value in terms of building beauty, neatness of the building structure, friendly environment and user accessibility for both able and disabled users. Therefore, the final architectural design is trying to get a building design that functions for the best public services and functions as a hotel & mice with the "Green Architecture" approach so that this hotel & mice building in addition to providing good service also has a sustainable building design, environmentally friendly and independent by conserving existing resources and responding to the surrounding environment. Keyword : Hotel, MICE, LRT Cibubur, Transit Oriented Development Selama ini banyak bangunan hotel & mice dibangun dengan hanya mempertimbangkan fungsi dari bangunan tersebut sehingga respon pengunjung atau pengguna terhadap desain gedung hotel & mice tidak mendapat respon yang baik. Maka dari itu dengan kemajuan di bidang arsitektur saat ini tentunya dapat membantu dalam mendasain Transit Oriented Development agar bangunan ini memiliki nilai lebih dalam hal segi keindahan bangunan, kerapihan tatanan bangunan, ramah terhadap lingkungan dan aksesbilitas pengguna baik untuk pengguna able maupun disable . Oleh sebab itu, Perancangan arsitektur akhir ini mencoba mendapatkan desain gedung yang berfungsi untuk pelayanan publik yang paling baik dan berfungsi sebagai hotel & mice dengan pendekatan “Green Architecture” sehingga gedung hotel & mice ini selain memberikan pelayananan yang baik juga memiliki desain bangunan yang berkelanjutan, ramah lingkungan dan mandiri dengan konservasi sumber daya yang ada dan merespon lingkungan sekitar.
