Abstract
Hotel and Mice is a building that provides lodging services and space to conduct a large event, while also providing supporting facilities such as food, drinks, sports and other entertainment facilities. South Jakarta can be said to have a place of transit, because it is very close to transportation facilities to go to tourist attractions in the city of Jakarta and outside Jakarta. With the increase in visitors who want to stop over in south Jakarta, there are hotel and mice buildings in the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) -based area. The mode of transportation is very easy to reach, near the hotel building and this mice has the Cipete Raya MRT line. The concept used in this building is Green Architecture, where the purpose of this concept is expected to be able to provide comfort and benefits for users, surrounding communities, nature and other aspects globally. Keywords: Hotels, MICE, Transit Oriented Development, Architectural Green Hotel dan Mice adalah bangunan yang memberikan jasa penginapan dan ruang untuk melakukan suatu acara besar, selain itu juga menyediakan fasilitas pendukung diantaraya makanan, minuman, fasilitas olah raga dan hiburan lainnya. Jakarta selatan bisa dikatakan terdapat tempat transit, dikarenakan sangat dekat dengan fasilitas transportasi untuk menuju wisata-wisata yang berada di kota Jakarta maupun diluar Jakarta. Dengan meningkatnya pengunjung yang ingin singgah di Jakarta selatan ini, maka hadirlah bangunan hotel dan mice di kawasan berbasis Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Moda transportasinyapun sangat mudah dijangkau, di dekat bangunan hotel dan mice ini terdapat jalur MRT Cipete Raya. Konsep yang digunakan dalam bangunan ini adalah Green Arsitektur, dimana tujuan dari konsep ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kenyamanan dan manfaat bagi pengguna, masyarakat sekitar, alam dan aspek-aspek lainnya secara global.
