Abstract
Jakarta is one of big cities in Indonesia with a very dense population. Along with the large population, the more building growth that makes dependency needs between a region and to others. This makes transportation as one of the basic requirement in the middle of the city. One of the existing transportation in Jakarta is MRT (Mass Rapid Transit). Subsequently, transit points emerged that triggered the growth of access from residential areas, which is be the reason for the requirement for urban planning and arrangement that accommodated the condition of the area by taking into account the environmental conditions of the area. One method used is through the TOD or Transit Oriented Development approach. Some of the facilities that will support the TOD area include the design of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition), 4-stars hotel, green park and other supporting facilities around the Cipete MRT station area. In this design, using the concept of green architecture. The concept of Green Architecture is more directed at streamlining the use of energy, water, and materials, reducing the impact of buildings on health through the layout, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings, the use of reuse, recycle, renewable materials. Apart from global warming, the creation or innovation of renewable energy is also a reason for the emergence of the concept of green architecture. By applying the concept of green architecture to the design of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) buildings around the Cipete MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) station area, South Jakarta can help reduce the consumption of natural resources so as to improve the quality of the environment and make buildings energy efficient. Keywords: Transit Oriented Development (TOD), MICE, hotel, green architecture Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota besar yang ada di Indonesia dengan jumlah penduduk yang sangat padat. Seiring dengan besarnya jumlah penduduk, semakin banyak pula pertumbuhan bangunan yang menyebabkan kebutuhan ketergantungan antara satu kawasan dengan kawasan lainnya. Hal ini menjadikan transportasi sebagai salah satu kebutuhan yang pokok di tengah kota. Salah satu transportsi yang ada di Jakarta diantaranya adalah MRT (Mass Rapid Transit). Selanjutnya muncul titik-titik transit yang memicu pertumbuhan akses dari kawasan permukiman, yang menjadi alasan diperlukannya perancangan dan penataan kota yang mengakomodasi kondisi kawasan dengan memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan kawasan tersebut. Salah satu metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui pendekatan TOD atau Transit Oriented Development. Beberapa fasilitas yang akan mendukung Kawasan TOD ini diantaranya berupa perancangan MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition), hotel bintang 4, taman hijau serta beberapa fasilitas penunjang lainnya yang ada di sekitar kawasan stasiun MRT Cipete. Dalam perancangan ini, menggunakan penerapan konsep green architecture. Konsep Green Architecture lebih mengarah pada mengefisiensikan pemakaian energi, air, dan bahan�bahan, mereduksi dampak bangunan terhadap kesehatan melalui tata letak, konstruksi, operasi, dan pemeliharaan bangunan, penggunaan material reuse, recycle, renewable. Selain karena adanya pemanasan global, penciptaan atau inovasi energi yang terbarukan juga merupakan alasan timbulnya konsep green architecture. Dengan penerapan konsep green architecture pada perancangan bangunan TOD (Transit Oriented Development) di sekitar kawasan stasiun MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) Cipete, Jakarta Selatan dapat ikut membantu dalam mengurangi konsumsi terhadap sumber daya alam sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan dan menjadikan bangunan hemat energi.
