Abstract

Big cities like Jakarta in the last few decades have experienced high population growth, which has encouraged rapid urban development. Urban planning development are needed to address integrated way for various urban problems. One concept of planning for public transportation as well as regional development is known as Transit Oriented Development (TOD). In urban planning, transit oriented development (TOD) is a type of urban development which can at maximizes amount of residential, business and recreational space within walking distance area. TOD aims to increase the use of public transportation and encourage sustainable city growth. This project is located in 1 km radius from Cipete Raya MRT Station. Cipete Raya MRT Station is one of stop stations near several business and economic centers which are quite busy at certain times. This project is trying to carry the Green Building as a theme and Urban Walkable as a concept, along the Hotel, Covetion, & MRT building function. This project also trying to create a harmony with the surrounded area. As we can see, the main fuction oh hotel, Convention & MRT building. Are to provide one-stop transit system which can use as a rest area or to celebrate an event in the Convention & Exhibition with MRT station as supporting facility. Keywords: Integration, Infrastructure, TOD, MRT, Sustainable, MICE Kota-kota besar seperti Jakarta dalam beberapa dekade terakhir telah mengalami pertumbuhan populasi yang tinggi, yang telah mendorong pembangunan perkotaan yang pesat. Pengembangan perencanaan kota diperlukan untuk mengatasi cara yang terintegrasi untuk berbagai masalah perkotaan. Salah satu konsep perencanaan untuk transportasi umum serta pembangunan daerah dikenal sebagai Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Dalam perencanaan kota, pengembangan berorientasi transit (TOD) adalah jenis pengembangan perkotaan yang dapat memaksimalkan jumlah ruang perumahan, bisnis dan rekreasi dalam jarak berjalan kaki. TOD bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan transportasi umum dan mendorong pertumbuhan kota yang berkelanjutan. Proyek ini terletak dalam radius 1 km dari Stasiun MRT Cipete Raya. Stasiun MRT Cipete Raya adalah salah satu stasiun berhenti di dekat beberapa pusat bisnis dan ekonomi yang cukup sibuk pada waktu-waktu tertentu. Proyek ini mencoba mengusung tema Green Building sebagai tema dan Urban Walkable sebagai konsep. Di sepanjang fungsi bangunan Hotel, Covetion, & MRT. Proyek ini juga berusaha menciptakan keharmonisan dengan area yang dikelilingi. Seperti yang bisa kita lihat, fungsi utama hotel, gedung Konvensi & MRT. Harus menyediakan sistem transit satu atap yang dapat digunakan sebagai tempat istirahat atau untuk merayakan acara di Konvensi & Pameran dengan stasiun MRT sebagai fasilitas pendukung.
